Returns

 

We do not accept returns for items purchased.

 

 

 

 

Defects & Exchange

 

We're sorry for sending you a defective item*! Please email us at slhsaintid@gmail.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.

 

Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.

 

*Minor variations in colour, and measurement is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.

 

 

 

 

Incorrect Items

 

We're sorry for sending you the wrong item! Please email us at slhsaintid@gmail.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item. Proceed to send your item back to us, your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.

 

 

 

 

Store Credit

 

Store credit is valid for 3 months.

Store credit is strictly non-refundable and non-extensible.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Cards.

Store credit is to be redeemed in a single transaction only.
